1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is not a part of a clearance, discounted, or final sale category (unless damaged or defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and personal wearables (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or altered items

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@piratesmensfashion.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged).

  2. Our support team will verify the request and provide further instructions.

  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us at your expense (unless it’s a damaged or wrong item).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

  • In case the replacement item is unavailable, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.

  • We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund as applicable.
